Work Terms
1. Service Rate
The architect's professional fee is $5 per hour for design, drafting, visualization, and related architectural services.
2. Payment Terms
Payments will be calculated based on the total hours worked and invoiced accordingly.
A minimum of [3] hours per project is required.
Payments must be made weekly or daily via PayPal.
Late payments beyond 2 days may result in a work pause until settlement.
3. Scope of Work
Services include conceptual design, drafting, 3D rendering Lumion/V-Ray, and project coordination as agreed.
Any work beyond the original scope will require additional billing.
4. Revisions & Modifications
The project includes unlimited revisions within the agreed hours. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
5. Work Schedule
Working hours will be mutually agreed upon before project commencement.
6. Deliverables
Final deliverables will be provided in JPEG, PDF, MP4 with source file upon full payment.
No work may be used, modified, or published until full payment is received.
7. Confidentiality
All project-related details will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed.
