Pursuing the improvement of quality, clarity, and accuracy
With a BA in linguistics, I basically have a degree in analyzing language down to the minute details. I spent my academic career specializing in phonetics and phonology, which honed my eye for detail. During my research fellowship on child language acquisition, every single task had to be quickly completed, yet carefully examined for accuracy, and I take that experience with me into every project I'm a part of.
Biggest writing flaw in my own work? I'm possibly a tiny bit too fond of the Oxford comma.
Hobbies: video games (AC Odyssey, Hades), digital art, and watching figure skating.
