Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: I offer all the services mentioned on my profile and in the event that new tasks come up I am open to re-negotiating my price.
2. Payment Terms: The amount mentioned on my profile is an hourly rate that can either be revised upwards or downwards depending on the project. An invoice will be emailed for accountability purposes.

3. Timeline: As this is a role prone to recurring tasks, I will endeavor to ensure that there are no unanswered mail, chat, or pending tasks by the end of my shift.

4. Confidentiality: All client information is confidential and I am open to signing a non-disclosure agreement if need be.

5. Intellectual Property: The intellectual property created during our time together will belong to the client or employer in this case

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Independent Contractor Agreement with 7 days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the independent contractor shall be compensated for any work completed up to the date of termination and any outstanding expenses incurred during the course of the agreement. Furthermore, the independent contractor shall promptly return or, at the company's discretion, destroy any confidential or proprietary information obtained during the engagement. Termination of this agreement shall not relieve either party of their obligations to fulfill any remaining terms or responsibilities outlined in the agreement.
