...service with professionalism
I have strong analytical, research, writing and communication skills. I equally pay so much attention to detail and ensure my opinions are 'internally and externally tested' before I send same to my clients.
I have worked in Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah Law Firm, an outstanding law firm in Accra, Ghana if not the best. I worked as a Corporate Lawyer specialising in Employement Law, Pensions, Immigration and Corporate Law as a whole.
I have also worked as in-house counsel at Liberty Group of Companies (a company with 6 subsidiaries; one of it, Midland Savings & Loans Limited, being regulated by the Bank of Ghana and another, Liberty Capital & Assets Management, being regulated by the Security Exchange Commission of Ghana).
I am currently an in-house counsel of a commercial bank in Ghana, Bank of Africa.
I have had the opportunity through the years to review and draft simple and complex contracts both locally and internationally. I have sat in meetings with the Banking Supervision Department of the Bank of Ghana defending my clients on salient banking-related issues. I have also sat in meetings involving a former employer (Liberty Capital & Assets Management Limited) and the Security Exchange Commission. I have also drafted the Bye-Laws of one of the District Assemblies in Ghana, specifically the Awutu Senya District Assembly in the Central Region of Ghana.
I have strong interest in Corporate Law, Employment Law, Immigration & Pensions Law. I love to advise start ups and well established companies. Mergers and acquisitions is also an exciting field I am equally interested in. I also have interest in Real Estate Law, Arbitration and Investment Law.
I advise clients on the regulatory regimes in doing business in Ghana.
