Responsibilities

Work Terms
Timeline: The timeline for completing the project will be determined in consultation with the client. The designer will provide regular updates to the client to ensure that the project is completed on time.
Communication: The designer will maintain regular communication with the client throughout the project via email, phone, or video conferencing. Any questions or concerns will be addressed in a timely manner.
Revisions: The designer will provide up to three rounds of revisions to the client at no additional cost. Any additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee.
Fees: The designer will provide a detailed fee structure in the proposal. Any changes to the scope of work or timeline may result in additional fees.
Copyrights: The designer will retain the copyright to any design concepts created during the project. The client will have the right to use the final designs for the purposes outlined in the project description.
Payment: Payment will be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the proposal. The designer reserves the right to request a deposit or milestone payments throughout the project.
Confidentiality: The designer will maintain confidentiality regarding any confidential or proprietary information shared by the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. The client will be responsible for paying any fees for work completed up to the date of termination.
