Work Terms

Communication:
-I am available via Google meet, or Zoom for updates, feedback, and clarifications. I believe in maintaining open, transparent communication throughout the project.
-Response time: Within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).
Revisions:
-I offer up to 3 rounds of revisions included in the initial project cost to ensure complete satisfaction. Any additional revisions will be charged at an agreed hourly rate or per revision.
Deliverables:
-Final deliverables will include high-resolution logo files in PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, and other formats as needed, suitable for both print and digital use.
-I also provide the original source files (AI, PSD) upon request.
Timeline:
-A project timeline will be agreed upon at the start, depending on the scope of the work. Timely feedback from clients is appreciated to keep the project on schedule.
Ownership:
-Upon full payment, you will have complete ownership of the final design, including intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality:
-All information shared during the project will remain strictly confidential. I value the privacy and trust of my clients and ensure that your business details and projects are treated with utmost discretion.
