Services include accounts preparation, bookkeeping, depreciation schedules, fixed assets register preparation, payroll
management, and compliance with IAS and IFRS standards.
Deliverables will be provided in formats agreed upon (Excel, PDF, etc.) and on time.
4.Turnaround Time:
Small tasks: 1-2 business days.
Larger projects: Timeline as mutually agreed.
5. Payment Terms:
Payment milestones will be set based on the project size.
Invoices will be generated upon completion of agreed deliverables or milestones.
6.Revisions:
Up to two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Additional revisions will be billed separately.
7.Confidentiality:
All client data and information are treated as confidential and will not be shared without written consent.
8.Ownership of Work:
Final deliverables will be the client's property upon full payment.
Drafts and other preparatory materials remain my intellectual property.
