I'm a seasoned wordsmith who loves writing and editing content that helps businesses and individuals educate, entertain, or engage with their audience.
I fell in love with journalism in college. After two magazine internships and one year as editor-in-chief of the student newspaper, I knew this is what I was meant to do. My first job out of college was serving as a personal finance journalist and blogger.
I accidentally meandered into marketing copywriting as my full-time job in 2008 and have become skilled in writing marketing and sales content for all types of collateral. On a freelance basis, I do copywriting in addition to long-form content such as blog posts and articles. My work has been published in USAToday.com, The Huffington Post, Consumers Digest magazine, About.com, and many other websites and publications.
Editing is also one of my greatest passions, and it's been a major part of my professional career. I love cleaning up, organizing, and correcting content so you can look more professional and feel more confident about your work.
I am also trained to help businesses and individuals with content strategy, social media strategy, and overall integrated marketing strategy. I occasionally do marketing and content marketing consulting for small businesses.
