Professional Mathematician

Hi,I am Engr.Zaid.After going around the world in search of the best education and securing my degrees, I can say this has been the most rewarding time of my life. They are now old enough and I have time to engage in what I love maths. I wish to utilize my good education and grades in tutoring.

Duties/Areas of Responsibility as an Mathematician:
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
-To teach at undergraduate and graduate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
-To carry out research and produce publications, or other research outputs, in line with personal objectives agreed in the Staff review process.
-To obtain research funding support.
-To engage with the broader scholarly and professional communities.
-To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
-To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
-To participate in departmental and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.

Work Terms

I prefer to work on an hourly basis.
