I started of with customer service/retentions for PNI-KMPG, a company that offers help in getting approved for US Grant, That lasted 1 year,

Transferred so another company, and started the role of inbound sales agent for VIRGIN MOBILE UK (SITEL) that lasted 2 years, Then did full time outbound sales for 1 year, After that I started handling/training new hires ranging from 15 to 25 people, and I handled 4 waves in total (6 weeks per wave), Then I was assigned my own team that I handled for 6 months,


I then transferred to GO DADDY (Sutherland), a company that provides web hosting and I was selling all their products from domain, emails, SSL to anything related to build and maintain websites, That lasted 8 months,

Then my most recent experience is with RINGCENTRAL (Acquire Asia), a B2B company that provides a complete communication platform for small to enterprise business, It's one of the biggest and well known VOIP phone system in the US and Canada, I am an account manage there, handling and selling to 2000 customers that are assigned to me, I've been there for 4 years now,

Work Terms

I am looking for a part time Job (VOICE or CHAT), Mondays to Fridays, or if the offer is really good, I can go full time. I don't have a rate per hour but if we can agree on a common dollar figure then that's ok with me, I am working at home, And I already have the required set of equipment and resources to start asap.
