I worked 6 years for the leading cutting tools company ISCAR as a mechanical engineering technologist,
I have become proficient in a number of key areas including, product design, process improvement, manufacturing, root cause analysis, proactive problem solving, ISO and safety compliance, and multi-project coordination.
I have a diverse engineering background with valuable large scale production window manufacturing, I have advanced personal knowledge of hardmetal manufacture to make cutting tools or abrasion-resistant products by geometric correction, honing forms, process improvement and six-sigma methodology. As a leading engineer, I am familiar with different processes like mold production, pressing process, lapping, different types of honing like sand blasting, Sinjet, JMJ. I led many turning and threading products lines. I am able to make geometric changes in molds sets for getting higher performance.
