Am a management consultant with Jeypent Company Ltd, in Nairobi Kenya where I offer management advisory support services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), as well as private and public entities. Some of the services I offer include development of business plans, strategy formulation and facilitation of the development of strategic plans, corporate training, research and financial data analysis among others. I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (Hons), Certified Public Secretary certification and Certified Public Accountant Section 3.
I also have ten years’ experience in the financial services sector which includes establishing and corporate leadership of Moptions Capital Ltd, a premier credit only microfinance institution. In this role, I spearheaded policy development, recruitment and staffing, business development and marketing, staff training among other areas. I previously worked for Sidian Bank a Commercial Bank where I grew through the ranks to the level of Branch Manager. In my career span in Kenya’s Financial Sector, I have gained valuable experience in Banking Operations and Business Development, People Management, Performance Management, Teams Development, Strategy and Policy Formulation and Budgeting, Financial Management Credit Operations and Risk Management

Work Terms

I prefer to work from 7 am to 7 pm East African Time (GMT+3) from Monday to Friday. My payment terms are generally depended on the individual assignment
