I've been working in the fields of digital strategy, user experience, interaction design, and information architecture since 1997.
I have built, led, and mentored teams of digital, marketing, and user experience strategists while providing strategic and tactical support for major global companies and organizations.
Clients I have worked with include: T-Mobile, Microsoft, Philips, Babolat, Intel-GE, Rick Steves' Europe, Avaya, LG Electronics, HTC, Toyo Tires, Danaher Corporation, California Closets, Sherwin-Williams, and others.
My background is in philosophy. I've studied it and taught it for close to 20 years and consider it central to the person I am. It makes me cut through unnecessary complexity and zero in on what is essential.
