Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in my local time zone. I am flexible on weekends and evenings if planned in advance.

Payment Terms:
I require a 50% deposit before starting a new project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final analysis and reports. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or check.

Communication Style:
I prefer the site inbox or phone for initial inquiries and scope discussions. Once a project starts, I am available by phone or video chat. I provide weekly progress reports and am responsive within 24 hours.

Revisions Policy:
I am happy to make revisions to deliverables based on initial feedback. If the revisions require significant rework, I may charge an hourly rate.

Rush Orders:
I can accommodate rush orders depending on my current workload. Rush orders incur a 25% surcharge.

Cancellations:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of a project, I charge a 25% cancellation fee.

Data Privacy:
I maintain confidentiality and do not share any sensitive client data. I can sign an NDA if required.
