As a skilled and ambitious professional with more than 7 years of experience in administration and HR,I’ve recently gotten into social media marketing and content creation for 2 brands. As an Community Manager and Content Creator for 2 brands, these positions required me to be creative and confident because no one day was the same. I had to complete tasks I was not trained to do with great attention to detail. I had to problem solve and be quick on my feet when finding a solution. I have gained great experience coordinating social media schedules, summarizing key points, repurposing content, and assisting with a variety of projects successfully.

Providing administrative support to Office Managers, senior human resources managers, and C-Level Executives including maintaining calendars (interviews and meeting schedules).
Screening resumes and pulling the most relevant resumes from the applicants.
Preparing, editing, and revising a variety of reports and documents including invoices, inventory, legal documents, and HR Documents.
Maintaining files and electronic records confidentially including patient files, employee records, and legal documentation.
Creating, editing, posting, and advertising on social media for my own blog, a candle and beauty business, and a national organization.
