Being a customer service representative for four years, I am trained to assist customers with placement of their orders, attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services, maintains and updates customer records and resolves customer complaints via phone and email .
As a human resource assistant, I am responsible for maintaining employee's record,
recruiting, hiring and conducting an orientation to the new employees, preparing payroll and compensation and benefits information.
As a Behavior Therapist's main duty is to utilize Applied Behavioral Analysis principles to children with special needs. I teach and motivate the patient through positive reinforcement of good behaviors and ignoring incorrect behaviors for them to maximize their full potentials as a person.
Having these work experiences, I've gained a lot of skills and trainings that will be useful in different tasks.
