About

Honesty, quality and attention to detail are important to me, and will show in my work.

My most recent position was working for a data archive on a NASA observatory mission. We used a perl code base to manage an SQL database housing over a decade-worth of astrophysical data and metadata. Daily archive operations including writing/maintaining the perl code base and monitoring database functionality. Outstanding contributions:
1. perl package to re-write or update our static website,
2. perl Dancer web application which gathered user input to define an SQL query, query our database, and return information to user.

Work Terms

Payments can be made through paypal. I can work a lot of hours in a short time to meet a deadline, or keep a more relaxed pace if the project needs more interaction and requirement flexibility.
