Job Expert:
1. Searching Product and offer to client or as per project required
2. Identify potential supplier and pre-screening them by phone and email
3. Analize suppliers response
4. Offer manufacturer list and carrying factory audit
5. Get FOB prices, Payment terms, Negotation
6. Manage supplier samples development process and samples checking
7. Manage logistic samples requirement
8. Manage logistic requirement to ship product from supplier to client destination
9. Carry out QC and follow up orders in production
10. Arrange traveling in Indonesia include hotel, flight, train or car with reasonable rate and routing schedule.
11. Manage translation and correspondence between vendor and customers
12. Staying and accompanying client during samples process in factory
13. Manage different factories to cooperate if there is sampling development to be done need two or
more different component.
14. Shipping document handling and checking
15. Making shipping, samples as well as commission invoice
16. Manage travel and budget accomodations
17. Contract agreement preparation
