Translator and Transcriber
I have been translating and teaching for the last ten years. I enjoy working with languages, technology and people. I work with different type of companies and clients using both English and Spanish as part of their business strategy.
My translation style allows me to work with a variety of media such as websites, scripts, event programmes, booklets, manuals, product listings and all sorts of documents. I also offer transcriptions in both English and Spanish.
Another important part of my work focuses on text editing and proofreading a wide variety of content; technology marketing, education & culture, news, clean energy, film & music, to mention a few.
As an interpreter I specialise in panel discussion events and Corporate Audits.
Work Terms
My working hours for a regular project are from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm Monday to Friday (Spain Time Zone).
For a smooth running of the project please have ready:
Service requested
Subject area; topic, keywords
Language pairs; English Spanish and vice versa
Volume of work (words, pages, length, etc)
Delivery time
Technical requirements and translation specifications
Price; price per hour, fixed price or price per item or document
Any other project-document-file specifications
Once set up the working conditions I get on with the work and I will provide regular progress updates until the delivery date.
