ESTER NA was born in the heart of Europe “Vienna” Austria and began her musical journey with the cello at age 7. By the time she was 15, she had won several national classical cello competitions and was studying at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts under the direction of Valentin Erben (cellist Alban Berg Quartet) and Lilia Schulz-Bayrova (renowned cellist). Although Ester was surrounded by classical music her whole life she also had a passion for American Pop, Soul and RnB and pursued this interest by obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Piano at the Vienna Conservatory in 2005. Ester’s journey in music eventually led her to continue her studies in jazz piano at Berklee College of Music in 2012 where she also discovered her love for producing and arranging.

Ester is a multi-genre multi instrumentalist with the ability to play piano, synthesizer, organ, cello, guitar and electric bass.

Because of her versatility she has had countless performance and collaborative experiences with prestigious artists and venues including cello performances at The Vienna Concert Hall, Vienna Musikverein Hall, and piano performances at the International Jazz Festival in Albania. While studying at Berklee Ester has performed for Boston’s Mayor, Thomas Menino, LEDISI (R&B Grammy award winning vocalist), the Melrose Symphony Orchestra, multiple performances with Renese King (Grammy nominated gospel vocalist) and also was the arranger for China’s pop star Khalil Foong for China’s Idol TV show.

Ester’s love for music has flowed over into the TV and Advertising world as she is currently working as a freelancer in Los Angeles. She has learned many lessons through her experiences in Vienna and Boston, but most importantly she has learned to develop her skill with music and spread her love to audiences across cultural boundaries.
