At Ethan Alexander Thompson Writing & Proofreading Services, I am committed to delivering high-quality work tailored to meet your specific needs. To ensure a smooth and professional working relationship, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [Your Time Zone]
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM [Your Time Zone]
Sunday: Closed
I am available for urgent projects outside these hours upon prior agreement and may incur additional charges.
2. Communication:
Primary communication will be via email. Phone or video calls can be scheduled as needed.
I strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours during business hours.
3. Project Scope and Pricing:
