Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
Working Hours: I am available for design work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). However, I can be flexible based on project requirements.
Response Time: I strive to respond to emails and messages within 24 hours during business days. Urgent matters will receive immediate attention.
2. Payment Terms:
Fixed Price (Milestone Based): For larger projects, we can split the job into milestones. Each milestone will have its own delivery date and price. This approach ensures transparency and allows you to track progress effectively.
Hourly Billing: If the project requires flexibility due to evolving specifications, we can work on an hourly basis. I will track my hours using a reliable time-tracking tool, and invoices will be generated weekly.
Recurring Payments (Retainer): For ongoing work, we can set up recurring payments at predefined intervals (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly). This acts as a retainer for fixed payouts.
3. Preferred Communication Style:
Scheduled Calls: For more complex projects or brainstorming sessions, we can schedule phone or video calls. Let’s find a convenient time for both of us.
