My mission is to provide excellent Customer Service and a great customer experience in each and every job I do.

I am a hard-working and cheerful representative. I worked in the BPO industry for about 5 yrs, as a Customer Service Representative. My goal was to be a trainer, that's what I have been aiming for. But I became a subject matter expert instead, which was not bad at all. I assisted newly hired employees who passed training and taught them how to handle calls and provide proper resolution per customer issue. I am enthusiastic and detail-oriented. I'm good with soft skills that many customers would say they want me to be the one assisting them. I just love what I do.

Work Terms

I can work 4 to 5 hours a day depending on the agreement and I prefer to be contacted through skype or Facebook messenger.
