About

I used to be working as a Service Desk Analyst at Accenture Inc Philippines for 2 years and IT analyst for additional 2 years on the same company.
Also, an experienced customer service and sales representative at Du Telecom in Dubai, UAE for a year.
I have a total of 5 years working in the industry and could definitely say that my experiences with customer service and administrative job is fair enough to excellently perform my tasks as Virtual Assistant. I'm currently running my own business in sales and most part of it is still in customer handling.
