I have been working as a customer service representative in BPO industry for 3 years and handled Internet related queries from the customers.
As a home-based set up, I worked as a Full time Customer Support Specialist for a Survey Company for almost a year which is based in California. I handled calls, emails, tickets through Zendesk and social media connections. I also had administrative experience using Google docs, Microsoft excel and etc.
I also had experience working as a Lead Generator for a Canadian Base Recruitment agency.
I work well in a team environment, have excellent technical and interpersonal skills and reliable.
Work Terms
I am available to work 20-30 hours per week.
