I have 9 years of experience in a professional environment. I have worked in both finance and also healthcare. I managed projects and have helped build CRM systems, tested and trained on them. I have worked with large data. My biggest responsibility was sending case referrals of 600+ members to their respective health plans. We managed about 30 plans and being HIPAA compliant was a top priority. In addition to managing that and reviewing all referrals before sending them, I also managed the customer feedback line. All of these items were reported on. The clinical and client services teams relied on me for all reporting.
I love traveling and feel that working abroad has helped me in many areas.
Work Terms
My hours are flexible dependent on client needs. I am open to hourly payment or project payment. I can communicate via phone, email or skype. Email is my preferred method.
