I am a Diploma holder in Journalism and Mass Media and trained in Transcription. I am a Professional Communication Officer who has worked for different companies and a Professional Transcriptionist.
I have years of work experience in my field. Worked as a Public Communication Officer in the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning, a social media manager, an Administrative Assistant/Business Development officer, as a Communication Officer and as currently as Transcriptionist.
I have good experience in use of Social media accounts including: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, also softwares like Transcribe Manager and Express Scribe. I am a good communicator, an accurate and fast typist managing up to 41 words per minute, good in managing social media accounts, good writer and a reliable customer service support.
I am an organised worker who works under very minimal supervision, a fast learner and delivers my assignments on time.
