About

Creative writer and character developer for novels, novellas, short stories, and any series planning writing, including tv and film.

Creative Writer & Artist, MAPW in Creative Writing (GPA 4.0 and honors - May 2019)
I specialize in creative book development including story structure, original writing. and editing from single books to a projected series.
Genres include: Romance (mild or hot), Mystery, Crime, Humor, Fantasy, Action, Adventure, and others. I've won awards for my own poetry and my ghostwriting clients have also won awards.
I can work with your list of tropes to outline the project or work from your outline. Because I sign ND client agreements, I have no samples of previous clients' projects. I can send you samples of my own work.

Work Terms

I am available for long-term or short-term assignments and projects. If you need the right expert to work with you and your books, help you make your deadlines, stay within budget and create a sensible writing track, I will be the guru to assist you.
I generally work to the standard of 1/3-1/3-1/3. I post invoice #1 when the outline and initial 1/3 of writing is complete. By then, we will have worked together to agree upon genre, format, length (expected word count), book goals, direction, locations, writing style and voice, POV, basic characters and their goals, complete outline...with room for agreed-upon adjustments as needed for any initial writing. Using these agreements, I continue writing with early adjustments in place and proceed until the project is ready for review and discussion. Invoice #2 posts when the work is 2/3rds done. Again, we'll discuss, make needed adjustments, and I will proceed to write the final 1/3 of the book. At the end of the book, we will review the entire work, any small changes to be made, and I will do those, and post invoice #3.
Note: The changes mentioned would be minor changes, but not huge, earth-moving changes. If you want to change major directions (beyond the initially agreed-upon outline) while the book is being written, that is fine. Sometimes that happens. If so, we can add an addendum to the contract to handle those changes. Presently, I am available for 20+ hours per week. I will keep track of and send you copies of work done/hours spent each week.
Thank you!
