Work Terms

I believe in building smooth, transparent, and trustworthy working relationships with my clients. To ensure clarity and professionalism throughout our collaboration, here are the work terms I follow:

1. Communication:
Prompt and clear communication is key. I’m available via Guru messages and respond quickly to queries. I also welcome scheduled check-ins if needed during ongoing projects.

2. Working Hours:
My general working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). I’m flexible with deadlines and can adjust based on project urgency.

3. Payment Terms:
I prefer working on Guru's SafePay system to ensure protection for both sides. For fixed-price projects, I request milestones to be funded before work begins. For hourly projects, I track time and deliver regular updates.

4. Revisions & Feedback:
Client satisfaction is my top priority. I offer reasonable revisions (depending on project scope) to ensure you’re happy with the final outcome. Honest and constructive feedback is always welcomed.

5. Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time depends on project complexity and urgency. I always communicate clear timelines before starting and strictly adhere to agreed deadlines.

6. File Delivery:
All files will be delivered in your desired format through Guru’s Work Room or any other secure method you prefer. I also offer organized final deliverables and backup support for larger projects.

7. Confidentiality:
All shared information and project materials are treated as 100% confidential. I respect your privacy and never disclose or reuse your content.

8. Long-Term Collaboration:
I’m open to both one-time projects and long-term collaborations. Many of my clients return for ongoing work, and I’m always happy to grow alongside your brand or business.
