I can’t recommend Jeff highly enough! He matched the quotes of overseas contractors, so I had the advantage of working with someone in the same time zone and without any language barrier. I was impressed with Jeff’s technical skill. His knowledge of wordpress is detailed and extensive. Plus he has the happy ability to communicate that knowledge to someone who knows very little about the platform. He was generous with his time in educating me and setting me up to understand not only the current set up, but possible future needs. Jeff’s communication is superb. I don’t think there was a single email that didn’t get answered the same day during the week. He’s also incredibly detail oriented. I must have made 100 requests in the course of the project and didn’t need to repeat a single one. From his initial bid where he went line by line addressing my request through and past the end of the project, he’s one of the best communicators I’ve worked with on any major project. (And this includes my decade of work as a professional engineer.) I also valued Jeff’s sense of design. He has a good sense of how colors, fonts and layouts work together to create the right impact. I can tell when it’s done well, but getting there isn’t a major part of my skill set. He did a great job making the design both attractive and functional. Jeff was consistently helpful and good natured with whatever unexpected challenges arose. He was very patient with my “a little to the left, no back to the right” type instructions. I couldn’t be happier with his work! If you have the chance to work with Jeff related to website design, you should work with Jeff.
