Frederick had great concepts and was very innovative in his design. Also took the time to learn somewhat about us and add various text to the design that was relevant and new. -- MODIFYIED -- I modified this because after this project, I requested that he submit an estimate on a revision of this project, which never (still to date) was submitted. We are now trying to have our materials returned so that we can submit to a local agency, with still no response. Additionally, our files were and are being used in his portfolio without authorization. This is a very disappointing situation to which we would not work with this professional again.
