I have seen businesses come up and die off midway because they lack the basic skills needed to keep it sustainable amidst the competitive market. Which is why I have come up to offer my support to brands struggling to make sales, brands losing clients due to a reduction in sales/purchase ratio, I am here to give your business a facelift by giving them valuable content, keeping them engaged and delighted so as to become returning clients and stay committed users of your brand while driving sales through value proposition. I have experience in offering high quality customer service because I place value on the importance of creating a good impression in the hearts of your clients and keeping them satisfied because they are the kings of every successful business. During my role as a customer service representative with a previous employer I successfully reactivated dormant accounts by reaching out to the clients and reactivating/restoring the stale relationships as well as making outbound calls to warm clients as well as cold calls to inform them of our service offerings, setting up appointments using google calendar and resolving outstanding queries using Freshdesk, as well as following up to ensure they were satisfied with our services. This fostered an increase in client network usage as well as a rise in sales of our products across board, while I effectively managed a detailed and organized data filing system. While effectively communicating with the teams across board using Microsoft teams and Slack, to discuss, share documents and analyze strategies aimed at process improvement and to drive high quality service delivery while integrating CRM platforms to enhance customer experience and seamless transactions. Overall, this brought about a tripling effect on the brands ROI in a period of !4months and I was rewarded for making a lasting impact.
