Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I am available for virtual assistant services during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)
Saturday & Sunday: Closed (Available for urgent tasks by prior arrangement)
Hourly Rate: My services are billed at a standard hourly rate (to be discussed with the client based on the scope of work).
Payment Schedule: Payments are due on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the project or ongoing work.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. Other payment options can be discussed if needed.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent at the end of each billing cycle and are expected to be settled within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.
Cancellations: A notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of tasks. Failure to notify in time may result in a partial charge for the task.
