Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC).
Weekend Availability: By prior arrangement only.
Response Time: I will respond to messages within 24 hours during standard working hours.
Payment Terms:
Billing Cycle: Invoices will be issued on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon digital payment platforms.
Late Payments: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication Channel: Official communication should be documented.
Secondary Channels: Instant messaging platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams can be used for quick queries and clarifications.
Meeting Scheduling: Meetings can be scheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Response Expectations:
