Academic Engineer and tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience
I am an engineer with a strong passion for teaching, gained through 10 years of experience during which I have helped hundreds of students, both Italian and foreign, including English, German, Chinese and many others.
I started teaching in 2011, when I obtained my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, carrying out individual and group sessions for up to 6 students. I also carried on this passion during my master's studies in Mechanical Engineering.
I lived for 5 years in the United Kingdom, where I worked as a professional tutor as well as an engineer, teaching scientific subjects mainly in English.
I crowned my passion for teaching in China, where I taught two subjects related to aerodynamics and thermodynamics:
• Engine systems and aerodynamics
• Performance modeling and dynamics of computational fluids
I understand that every student is unique and has different needs. I put myself in your shoes to teach you in a pleasant and stimulating way, answering your questions.
I will always be patient and respectful during our sessions, involving you in theory explanations and using practical examples. Together, we can achieve your learning goals.
Generally, my sessions unfold as follows:
• Explanation of the theory and response to requests that are placed on me
• Implementation of practical examples to reach and fix the concepts
• Proactively engage students by asking questions and reflecting on issues
• Help in solving problems and assessments of assigned tasks
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations with the aim of helping you to better understand your doubts
