architect designer, Revit BIM expert/trainer, ArchiCAD Virtual Building (B)M) expert/trainer
Provides architectural design and 3D model based 2D project delivery for any kind building projects as licensed architect in Hungary. Graphisoft ArchiCAD+GDL 'Virtual Building' tools had become my 'swiss pocket knife' from 1992. But later I have been changed to a BIM enthusiast after a couple of years use Revit in creative and schematic design (conceptual mass), 3D (building structures) modeling and complex document delivery processes. As BIM expert, trainer and 'self-styled marketing agent' I learned to use a couple of graphical (PS, inDesign, Illustrator, Corel, Gimp), visualization (e.g. 3ds max, art.lantis) and e-learning tutor authoring software.

Work Terms

Generally 30% Initial milestone at start, 60 % Deadline milestone and 10% Finished milestone after quality check. Urgency changes these to different rate: 50+40+10% Milestones.
