I am focus on the motivation that stimulates me to pursue further professionalism

I have chosen to work in the area of development because it has such a demand for new ideas. At the same time it requires a good developmental background and has obvious implications in life. My professional experience developed and raised on the projects with National and International Organization (Asian Development Bank, National Commission for Human Development, Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, Kent State University Ohio USA and King Saud University-Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). I am currently working as free-lance consultant coordinated development of large-scale or strategic proposals, including the development of project budgets for multilateral and bilateral donors.
I feel elated that all the assets that I gained in my academic and practical life are very much aligned and related to the free lance consulting work. It shall also provide me with the great opportunity to share the knowledge, role and working with multiple organization. It will also help to gain knowledge on the new approaches & methodologies to improve existing work environment for the multinational companies, international donors, fund raiser and entrepreneurs.
