Worked as a customer service representative for 2 years in a telecommunication account based in US. We handle customer queries wiith their bills, techincal issues on phone services and also upselling as part of the metrics. After working in a telco account I have decided to work as a senior technical support representative for another 2 years in a Canada base account that assist customers having issues with their internet service. Lastly i worked as a data management analyst in a UK base account wherein we handle employee's job progress from new hire to termination using SAP system aswell as processing payroll for the employees.
Work Terms
I'm willing to work 5 times a week 9 hours a day including lunch and breaks. I preferred weekly payout.
