We are 3 brothers like friends running a home-based call center. We all have 3+ years of working experience in many different cold-calling outbound sales compaigns all over the USA. Our team/individuals have the following attributes:
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
Following “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

Work Terms

50% upfront
50% at the completion of the project
We are also flexible in working between 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time.
