Hvac Design & BIM Engineer

Dear Sir,
I am writing this for looking forward to initiating discussions with your firm where we can collaborate for projects. Just to give a brief idea about my work, we are a group of two freelance Hvac design & BIM engineers involved in the buildings sector. We do design and BIM of Hvac services.
Before I mention about our capability just to mention briefly about our team. Najeeb is an Hvac Engineer with 12 years of experience in design,Installation ,testing & Commissioning of Hvac services (Specialized in Hvac & Fire fighting). He has 5 years of experience related to international projects pertaining to the middle east. He has worked in large organizations like NBTC & Alhada where he had set up and led engineering teams working on middle east projects. He has been involved in design, Installation ,testing & Commissioning of very large projects.
I have 5 years of mixed experience in design & BIM modeling of Hvac services. I have worked on national as well as international projects pertaining to the India, middle east, Uk & US.
It may be good to categories our capability under design and BIM. Concerning design, we take up design work for Hvac services after the concept design has been done.We have done many Residential, commercial & Educational projects where we have taken design brief and worked on layouts, schematics, Heat load calculations, equipment selection and schedules. In all these projects BIM was also done by us.
Coming to BIM,we work on Revit & Navis as a core tool. We have delivered about 20-30 projects in the last 3 years where we have done BIM upto LOD 400.
