About

with over 8 years of experience in multinationals and start-ups. working as Solution consultant, Solution Sales Manager and Product Manager through my career.

With extensive multinational experience in telecommunication sales in GSM and 3G, I have always believed that there was much more to solution development than just technology and business. Design was the missing link and now i have spent two years exploring how these three elements interplay to define innovative and exciting solutions. Learning design tools for exploring user needs combined with innovative brainstorming techniques and using the insights in business domain to create viability and desirability simultaneously, without compromising the technical feasibility of the solutions is what my current studies are all about.

My professional experience includes software sales comprising of consultation, customer engagement, customization and development based on customer specific requirements. More recently i have acquired hands on experience related to Product Management. Including inception and implementation of new features and managing the sales channels demands like customer engagements, road maps, feature and solution descriptions and sales material.

I completed my Masters in Technology IDBM (International Design Business Management) in Aalto University (2013). My Masters thesis lies in the domain of social enterprises and what kind of business processes can be created for them to be able to achieve sustainability in developing countries.

Skills and expertise: Working globally i have developed skills in software requirement gathering, creating customer specifications, software development management, Charging, re-charging and billing, customer care, operation support systems. More recently my passions has pushed me to gain experience in design thinking, innovative brainstorming, conceptualizing and prototyping services with focus on user centered design. Up till 2006- 2007; because of my Software Engineering background, i had an extensive hands on experience with C++, C#, Java, VB, VB.net and other development languages.
