✅ Availability & Working Hours
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to match your timezone when needed. I respond to messages within 12 hours max.

✅ Project Communication
I prefer to communicate via Guru.com messaging for clear tracking, but I’m also open to discussing via Zoom or Google Meet for project discussions. Regular updates will be shared throughout the project duration.

✅ Deliverables & Revisions
All deliverables will be clearly defined before the project starts. Revisions are included based on the scope discussed — I offer up to 2-3 free rounds of revisions per milestone to ensure your satisfaction.

✅ Timeline & Deadlines
I take deadlines seriously. A typical project (such as a company profile website) is delivered within 2-3 days, depending on complexity. Any additional features may extend the delivery date, but always with clear communication.

✅ Hosting & Domain
Hosting for 2 years is included in my package at no additional charge. If you prefer to use your own domain, I’ll help you connect and configure it.

✅ Content & Assets
Client is responsible for providing text, images, branding assets, and product data unless content creation is included in the agreement. I’ll also provide guidance if you need help structuring the content.

✅ Payment Terms
Payments can be milestone-based or hourly, as agreed before starting. I’m flexible and open to what works best for you. Work will begin after a mutual agreement on pricing, scope, and timeline.

✅ Post-Delivery Support
I offer up to 14 days of free post-delivery support for small fixes or questions. Ongoing maintenance plans can be discussed if needed.
