1. Scope of Work
Before starting any project, we will agree on the full scope of work to ensure alignment with your goals. The project scope includes:
Deliverables: The exact content to be created (e.g., blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, etc.).
Word Count: The approximate word count for each deliverable.
Tone and Style: Specific guidelines about the brand voice and target audience, including the tone (formal, casual, technical, etc.).
SEO Guidelines: If applicable, details about keyword usage, meta descriptions, and other SEO elements to be included.
A clear project brief ensures that the final content meets your expectations, saving time and resources for both parties.
2. Project Timelines
Once the project scope is agreed upon, I will provide a timeline outlining key milestones and the final delivery date.
Standard turnaround time for most projects is 5-7 business days, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload.
For urgent projects or rush work, I offer expedited services for an additional fee. Timelines for rush work will be discussed and confirmed in advance.
3. Revisions
I offer two rounds of revisions as part of the service to ensure the final product meets your satisfaction. The revisions include:
Minor changes to tone, phrasing, or formatting.
Adjustments based on constructive feedback related to the original project scope.
Revisions Policy:
Revisions requested within the original project scope are included at no extra cost.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope, such as changes to the content structure or significant reworks, will be billed separately at my hourly rate of $40 per hour.
