I am a SaaS Sales Operations Consultant, specializing in SaaS pricing strategy and financial modeling.

I am a Technology Sales Operations Consultant and founder of Bloor Business Consulting, a boutique consulting practice focused on advising SaaS startups and mid size companies with sales operations and sales strategy management. I have expertise in complex SaaS licensing options, deal structures, pricing governance and contract renewals. I also have extensive experience in direct and channel software sales and marketing, pricing, licensing, revenue management, analytics and reporting.

Over the years while working with teams across the globe, I've developed a strong cultural awareness and sensibility which has served me well in problem solving and getting deals done. I'm passionate about people management, a good listener and a great problem solver.

I live and work in Orange County, California, and love reading(prize winning novels), growing orchids, and listening to podcasts (NPR, BBC, SaaStr, you name it)!
