**Work Terms and Conditions for Video and Audio Editing**

**Work Hours:**
- I am available to work 4 hours a day.

**File Transfer:**
- You will provide the video and audio files via Google Drive.
- I will download the files from Google Drive, complete the editing, and then upload the final edited files back to Google Drive.

**Editing Services Provided:**
- **Video Editing:** Trimming, cutting, transitions, color correction, and other post-production tasks as required.
- **Audio Editing:** Noise reduction, audio leveling, synchronization with video, and other audio enhancements.
- **Subtitle Addition:** Manual addition of subtitles in both English and Hindi without translation.

**Turnaround Time:**
- Depending on the length and complexity of the project, I will provide an estimated turnaround time upon receiving the files. Typically, smaller projects can be completed within 24-48 hours.

**Communication:**
- Preferred communication method is via email or a project management tool as specified by you.
- I am open to regular check-ins to ensure the project is on track and to discuss any changes or additional requirements.
