Work Terms

Progress of work:
We negotiate terms and calculate the cost of the project, if necessary we sign a contract and you make payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the project.
You send a plan of the room, drawings (if you have them), wishes and approximate references in what style will be the project, within 1-2 days I select ideas and coordinate them with you. After approval of style, color, furniture, etc. I start modeling the scene.
First rough render: we discuss whether we are moving in the right direction, we discuss what edits need to be made.
Second rough render: final stage of edits.
Final render: before getting all the angles, you get the angles in poor quality ( and pay the remaining 50% ), after approval I run the render in good quality.
Price includes:
- Modeling of cabinet furniture and uncomplicated elements
Animation, 360 panorama, other lighting scenarios, etc. are negotiated for a separate fee. ( if necessary for you )
