Hours of Operation: I am available for work from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time). Any requests outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Payment Terms: I operate on a Net D payment system, meaning payments are due within the agreed-upon number of days after invoice issuance. Specific terms can be discussed before starting a project.

Revisions & Edits: I provide a set number of revisions based on the project scope to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Communication: I am available via email, messaging apps, or scheduled calls for project discussions and updates. Response times may vary but will generally be within working hours.

Confidentiality: All work and client information will be handled with strict confidentiality. Any necessary NDAs can be arranged upon request.
