Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
-Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-Saturday: By appointment only
-Sunday: Closed

Payment Terms:
Initial Deposit: 30% of the total project fee is required upfront to commence work.
Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments can be divided into milestones as agreed upon in the project contract.
Final Payment: 40% of the total fee is due upon project completion and before final delivery of all assets.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Late Fees: Payments overdue by more than 15 days will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per week.

Preferred Communication Style:
Email: Preferred for formal communication, project updates, and sharing design drafts. Typically responds within 24 hours.
Phone Calls: Available for more urgent matters or in-depth discussions. Please schedule calls in advance.
Video Meetings: Can be arranged via Zoom or Google Meet for design reviews, brainstorming sessions, or project consultations.
