I have 1 year working experience as being a Software Tester/Quality Assurance (QA) with a technology consulting firm. My job was mainly doing testing on the banking system, log/raise any issues/defects encountered to a tool called JIRA. Liase with business consultant, other testers and technical people regarding the issues. I did some technical part such as run any required batch using Putty, update xml file in remote desktop, grab required logs using Filezilla. I also prepared test script for testing purpose.
I have 3 months working experience as being an admin assistant with a Marketing department where they sell beauty products from Korea and organic soaps from France. My job was to update on the company's website as well as update online shop to keep track on daily incoming orders from customers. I have done some filing invoices and product information.
