I gained basic experience in video production from the Art Institute of Houston in 1998, and have since gone through the process of perfecting those skills, while learning ancillary services that accommodate the art. I created a design firm in the end of '98 with myself as the brand 'Fearlis'. Since then, between 2000 and 2008, I gradually began to focus my resources on Project Management. Not only do I understand the process of design, at Fearlis, I also incorporate advertising and marketing into my process, to give my customers an advantage using mediums such as video, photography, 3d modeling and animation, and concept design and production.

As an development industry insider, I meet standards and controls set by the industry, while passing that value and knowledge on to clients. It is my love for all aspects of design, and the excitement from the manifestation of tangible objects being created based on ideas, that drives me. Fearlis' approach to the business of design is a process that ensures results, and customer satisfaction.

You can reach me anytime via email, I respond within an hour. I prefer satying in touch by using The Asana Project Management software [asana.com], but have the means to Skype and video chat.

I prefer payment in escrow, however we can discuss more immediate means if necessary. Usually my rates are pretty comparable to most, but depending on your project's scale and the time involved to complete your project to 'your' specifications, it is likely that an increased rate will have to be decided upon before we begin. My hours are 24/7, until the project is complete. A plus is that there is no project too small.
